Why does it take 3 week from order to deliver?

 All shirts are now made to order, we do not carry any stock, this allows our clients a greater degree of customisation. i.e. collar, sleeve length, pocket no pocket, single cuff or french cuff. If you would like either contrast collar and cuff (white) or contrasted fabric trim in the collar and inside face of cuffs please state so in contact order form.

Are the sizes and fittings identical to the John Morgan shirts I have previously purchase?

Yes, we use the same manufacture and the label John Morgan & Co is only available through us and is trade marked and owned by Andrew H Tolley. 

I am unsure of my size and or what fitting will be best for me?

Please feel free to contact me for advise and I will respond immediately. We are  available in Melbourne for a personal consultation (and  to view the sample shirts)  or one of our colleagues in London can measure you up.

Do you still make suits, jackets, trousers etc?

Yes we do still make for a select clientele but only on a Bespoke Basis, please contact us with your requirements.

What is the best way to care for my John Morgan & Co shirts? 

You can wash our shirts in cold or warm/hot wash cycles, they are almost impossible to shrink. For best results a warm wash with not to much detergent and line drying. Our shirts can be tumble dried and again preferably not on a hot cycle. If hung up on a coat hanger and dried either indoors or outdoors they will be ready to wear. If taken out of a dryer hang them out as soon as possible and they will be ready to wear. Commercial laundries tend to be very hard on shirts but our shirts can stand up to even the most rigorous “punishment”. People choose our shirts to avoid the time and expense of commercially laundering and ironing.

Are the shirts genuinely non iron?

With the continuing advances in fabric technology our shirts are made from the finest Pure Cotton and are second to none in performance for durability, softness and no iron performance.
